A seismic collision of sound is set to rumble across North America this fall as hardcore punk titans Knocked Loose join forces with acclaimed rapper Denzel Curry for a co-headline tour. This highly anticipated 25-date run promises to bring their genre-defying collaboration to life, hitting major cities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The "Hive Mind" tour, named after their explosive collaborative single released earlier this year, is slated to kick off on September 26, 2026, at the MegaCorp Pavilion in Newport, Kentucky. Fans can expect a relentless wave of energy as the tour winds its way through November 8, 2026, culminating in a final performance in Mexico City. Supporting acts Superheaven and Boundaries are also set to join the bill, adding further depth to an already stacked lineup. Artist presale tickets became available on June 2, 2026, with general public sales beginning on June 4, 2026.

This extensive journey will see the artists make stops on both the East and West Coasts of the United States, alongside international dates. Key performances include Detroit, Michigan on September 27, Chicago, Illinois on September 30, and a series of East Coast shows in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on October 2, Washington, D.C. on October 3, and New York and Brooklyn, New York on October 6 and October 8, respectively. Canadian fans can catch them in Toronto, Ontario on October 11. The tour then heads south and west with dates in Orlando, Florida on October 16, Nashville, Tennessee on October 19, St. Louis, Missouri on October 21, Kansas City, Missouri on October 22, Los Angeles, California on October 29, San Diego, California on October 30, San Francisco, California on October 31, Salt Lake City, Utah on November 2, Denver, Colorado on November 3, and Austin, Texas on November 5. It is noted that Denzel Curry is not scheduled to appear at the final Mexico City performance.

The genesis of this unique partnership can be traced back to February 10, 2026, with the release of their single "Hive Mind" through Pure Noise Records. This track marked a significant moment for Knocked Loose, serving as their first new music since their critically acclaimed 2024 album, You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To. That album notably featured the Grammy-nominated song "Suffocate," which included a collaboration with Poppy. For Denzel Curry, "Hive Mind" arrived on the heels of his 2026 single "Lit Effect," which was the inaugural release from his hip-hop supergroup project, The Scythe.

The idea for such a genre-bending collaboration reportedly sparked after Knocked Loose completed a tour with $uicideboy$. Discussions within the band reportedly led to the desire to work with a rapper, and vocalist Bryan Garris identified Denzel Curry as the ideal candidate. Garris publicly stated that Curry was "the only person he felt would make sense for the collaboration" because "he gets it." The process began with Knocked Loose recording a rough demo, which was then passed to producer Kenny Beats, who subsequently sent it to Curry. Reports indicate Curry's enthusiastic response came within an hour of receiving the track. The accompanying music video for "Hive Mind," co-directed by Eric Richter and Bryan Garris, was filmed on October 15, 2025, at the David Armstrong Extreme Park in Louisville, Kentucky, drawing approximately 700 attendees and prominently featuring skate culture.

Knocked Loose, hailing from Oldham County, Kentucky, formed in 2013 and has since carved out a formidable presence in the hardcore punk and metalcore scenes. The band’s current lineup includes Bryan Garris on lead vocals, Isaac Hale on lead guitar and backing vocals, Kevin Otten on bass, Kevin "Pacsun" Kaine on drums, and Nicko Calderon on rhythm guitar. Signed to Pure Noise Records, their discography boasts impactful albums such as Laugh Tracks (2016), A Different Shade of Blue (2019), and their 2024 release, You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To, which not only garnered critical praise but also topped the UK Hard Rock & Metal chart. The band has a history of engaging with diverse musical acts, reportedly playing with various rap artists and successfully captivating varied audiences, including at major festivals like Coachella. They are currently supporting Metallica on their European tour.

Denzel Rae Don Curry, born February 16, 1995, is a prominent American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Carol City, Florida. His musical journey began early, reportedly rapping in sixth grade under the influence of underground Florida rapper SpaceGhostPurrp. Curry is widely recognized as one of the pioneers of the SoundCloud rap genre. His debut full-length album, Nostalgic 64, was released in 2013 while he was still in high school. His acclaimed body of work also includes Imperial (2016), Ta13oo (2018), Zuu (2019), and Melt My Eyez See Your Future (2022). Curry is celebrated for his deep lyrical content and electrifying live performances, notably delivering a powerful cover of Rage Against the Machine's "Bulls on Parade" in 2019. Beyond his music, Curry has also engaged in activism, joining the Musicians For Palestine pledge in 2022 and signing an open letter in 2023 advocating for a ceasefire in the Gaza conflict. He recently completed a tour supporting Deftones across Europe and the UK.

The "Hive Mind" tour is being framed as a "full-scale collision of hardcore and hip-hop energy," a sentiment that echoes the single's core message. The track itself is described as a "callout to trend-hoppers, internet leeches and negativity hubs," reflecting a stance against superficiality and negativity. Bryan Garris articulated the band's vision for such collaborations, stating, "This is us continuing to push the agenda that we can do whatever and be whatever, and remain ourselves." He further elaborated on the track's sound, noting, "It sounds like a Knocked Loose song with Denzel Curry! It's the same thing as when we did Suffocate with Poppy. Everybody thought that was going to be electronic or something a little bit more in her lane. But no, it is a Knocked Loose song that they are themselves on. This might be one of the heaviest songs that we've ever written."

The collaboration has been met with enthusiastic reactions from fans and critics alike, with some describing the sound as "absolute sonic chaos" and "pure violence." On social media, fans have reportedly expressed significant excitement for the upcoming tour, anticipating the unique blend of genres live. Many have also taken note of the inclusion of supporting acts like Boundaries, highlighting their growth and impact within the scene, further underscoring the tour's appeal to a diverse and engaged audience.

This tour represents more than just a series of concerts; it signifies a continued blurring of lines between distinct musical genres, showcasing how artists can transcend traditional boundaries while maintaining their authentic sound. For both Knocked Loose and Denzel Curry, who have each had busy periods with their respective tours, "Hive Mind" is a testament to their willingness to experiment and expand their artistic reach. It offers a powerful statement about creative freedom and the evolving landscape of contemporary music, inviting audiences to experience an unadulterated fusion of raw energy and lyrical prowess.

The upcoming "Hive Mind" tour is poised to be a landmark event for fans of both hardcore and hip-hop, demonstrating the power of cross-genre collaboration to create something genuinely fresh and impactful. As the dates draw closer, all eyes will be on this unique pairing to see how their combined forces will shake up stages across North America.
